Yes you can do it. but don't it's dangerous, you never know for sure whats in the pills

I know I know I am supposed to get a prescription, but I am 33 and I have been suffering with ED for about a year and I would go to the doctor but I do not have insurance, and not to mention the wait and embarrassment.
I realized that I can buy viagra without a prescription online from an overseas pharmacy. But I fear that once it goes through customs they will check my name and see if I have a prescription and then the FBI will investigate me for importing a few viagra pills and next thing I know a swat team is outside my house getting ready to arrest me and throw me in jail.
How likely is that going to happen?
It won't be the FBI at your door, it will be a Customs Agent or an investigator from the DEA.
Seriously, about the most that will happen is the pills will be seized by Customs and you will be out a few bucks.
Your biggest problem will be if you actually take these drugs. That overseas pharmacy is not controlled by U.S. drug laws and you have no way of knowing just what they put in those pills. Fraud is rampant on the internet for these kind of drugs.

I'm Canadian and would like to try Viagra as a compliment to special, romantic nights with my girlfriend. I went to my urologist and lied my ass off about having erectile dysfunction (which was NOT easy), and he told me to get some kind of pump, which isn't really romantic (hold on a second sweetheart while I pump up my penis.)

Specifically, can it be bought over the counter or on the street (reasonably reliably) anywhere in Hanoi?
Please no responses about buying online (cannot get any medication into the country by post) or other places in the world where you can buy it (no use to me).
Especially please no "eww gross" comments. I am 28, extremely fit, don't take any substances, live in Hanoi long term and I have erectile dysfunction due to diabetes.

Go by the SOS clinic - they speak very good English and probably can set you up.
There are drug stores in the immediate vicinity of the SOS Clinic that might have viagra. The Vietnamese have alternatives that may work as well, for much less money.
