How can I block viagra adds?

I buy medication over the internet for my heart and ever since that I get about 50 viagra spam emails a day. I mark them spam but I always have more every day. Can I block all mail that has the work viagra, or specific words that are frequently used in these emails? How do I do this if it is possible.
If you have hotmail you can click "Options" on the right hand side.
From there click "Automatically sort e-mail into folders" under the heading "Customize your contacts"
You can create a filter that will automatically toss anything with the word "viagra" in the subject line into your junk folder or to be deleted.
I'm sure there are others besides hotmail that have a version of this process.

Could I sue a University if one of the teachers sent me offensive e-mail?

I'm enrolled in online University,, the teacher of the class I'm enrolled in now, sent me an e-mail with regards to buying viagra and other medication. Could I sue the school?
I'm pretty sure you have to make an attempt to resolve the situation first. Such as reporting the teacher to the administration.
And even then, I'm not really sure if you can get away with suing the school.

If you've gotten a prescription from a REAL doctor who really knows your physical condition and medical history, it might be OK to purchase it over the Internet, though I read once that almost half of the Viagra purchased on line is a placebo and not the real thing.
But the bigger problem is that without a proper exam or medical history being examined by a REAL doctor, you could be putting your heart, liver or other organs at risk.

Specifically, can it be bought over the counter or on the street (reasonably reliably) anywhere in Hanoi?
Please no responses about buying online (cannot get any medication into the country by post) or other places in the world where you can buy it (no use to me).
Especially please no "eww gross" comments. I am 28, extremely fit, don't take any substances, live in Hanoi long term and I have erectile dysfunction due to diabetes.
If it is definitely prescription only, does anybody know a medical practice with English speaking doctors in Hanoi? Thanks

Go by the SOS clinic - they speak very good English and probably can set you up.
There are drug stores in the immediate vicinity of the SOS Clinic that might have viagra. The Vietnamese have alternatives that may work as well, for much less money.
