Un proc�s pour la galerie? Ce vendredi 12 novembre compara�tront devant une cour militaire de Kinshasa cinq policiers congolais, jug�s pour "association de malfaiteurs, enl�vement, assassinat et terrorisme". Tous appartenaient au commando accus� d'avoir, le 1er juin dernier, enlev� et tortur� � mort Floribert Chebeya , fondateur et directeur ex�cutif de l'ONG La Voix des Sans-Voix (VSV). Le corps sans vie de ce militant intransigeant des droits de l'homme, qui avait rendez-vous le mardi fatal en fin de journ�e avec le g�n�ral John Numbi, inspecteur g�n�ral de la police nationale, a �t� retrouv� le lendemain sur le si�ge arri�re de sa voiture, le pantalon baiss� et les mains menott�es dans le dos. En revanche, nulle trace de son cousin par alliance Fid�le Bazana, membre et chauffeur de VSV, qui l'accompagnait au QG du premier flic du Congo-Kinshasa �
C'est en vain que les compagnons de lutte des deux disparus ont r�clam� l'arrestation de Numbi, qu'ils tiennent pour le "suspect n�1" des "assassinats" de Chebeya et Bazana. Suspendu des ses fonctions "� titre conservatoire" d�s le 5 juin, le haut-grad�, r�put� proche du pr�sident Joseph Kabila n'appara�tra pas dans le box des accus�s. Le tribunal retenu ne peut juger que des officiers de rang �gal ou inf�rieur � celui de colonel... Autant dire que le renvoi du dossier devant cette juridiction s'apparente pour les animateur de VSV � un "d�ni de justice". �
